Surrounded by greenery and less than 800 meters from the crystal-clear shores of Bolsena Lake, we welcome you as one welcomes family: with warmth, sincerity, and care in every detail.

Our Apartments

Spacious and functional, they can accommodate from 2 to 6 people and are equipped with kitchen-living room, double bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and private outdoor spaces furnished with tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or moments of pure relaxation. Situati leggermente in collina a 900 mt dal lago  gli appartamenti sono molto puliti e attrezzati anche se un po' caldi durante il giorno. Lo spazio esterno è molto bello, con prato curatissimo e piscina con vista lago, con ombrellone e due lettini per ogni casetta. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Pagata subito tassa di soggiorno di un euro a testa al giorno con regolare ricevuta e alla fine dello stesso saldato il soggiorno pagando con carta di credito. Tutto comodo e regolarissimo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.  Il lago di Bolsena merita un bagno. Belle spiagge e acqua tiepida ma pulitissima

Das selbstangebaute Obst- und Gemüse kann man im Laden an der Straße nach Bolsena kaufen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit drei Kindern und kleinem Hund. Die Via Francigena verläuft direkt oberhalb. Von hier aus hat man einen guten Einstieg nach Bolsena zu wandern oder in die andere Richtung nach Aquapendente. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist parkähnlich mit wunderschönen Blumen und Kräutern angelegt. Möglichkeiten zum Schaukeln, Fußball- und Basketballspielen. Er bietet genug Schatten. Morgendliches Yoga mit der eigenen Matte und Blick auf den See war ein Genuß. Der Grillplatz ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist top, die Liegefläche sehr schön. Das Appartement war für uns genau richtig und gut aufgeteilt. Die überdachte Terrasse perfekt zum Essen oder um den Sundowner zu genießen. Zum See sind es 5 min. mit guten Bade- und Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Bolsena selbst ist in 10 min. zu erreichen. Unser Gastgeberpaar war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Apartments sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt; im weitläufigen, parkähnlichen Garten gibt es Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, Barbecue, einen Pool mit Aussicht und überall Blumen. Unüberbietbar ist die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber Alessandra und Lucciano, die einem buchstäblich die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Übrigens kann man alles, was dort angebaut wird auch kaufen: und das sollte man: so etwas bekommt man nicht in deutschen Supermärkten. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien hier und würden immer wiederkommen.
