Swimming Pool Access

  • Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the property.
  • Wearing a swim cap, showering with soap, and sanitizing your feet before entering are mandatory.
  • The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, except during extraordinary maintenance.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Check-out

  • Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
  • In case of late check-out, the full cost of an additional night will be charged.
  • Keys must be returned to the reception upon departure.

General Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
  • No refunds are provided in case of early departure.
  • The management reserves the right to request compensation for any damages caused.
  • Creating noise is prohibited from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • It is not allowed to bring in outside persons into the accommodations or common areas without the management’s authorization.
  • A separate waste collection area is available.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome, but must always be kept on a leash.
  • Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
  • An additional fee of €10.00 per day applies for each pet. Please inquire before booking with a pet.

Wi-Fi

  • Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property.

Tourist Tax

  • The tax is €1.50 per person per night (maximum 7 nights).
  • Exempt are children under 10 years old and adults over 80 years old.

Liability

  • The management is not responsible for accidents or damages resulting from non-compliance with these rules.

Apartments Rules

  • A change of bed linen and towels is provided once a week.
  • Extra services (apartment cleaning and additional linen) are available upon request for an additional fee.
  • The apartments are equipped with heating, available for an additional €10.00 per day. Please keep doors and windows closed while in use for efficient operation.
  • At the end of your stay, please do not leave any waste or food in the apartments.
  • Refrigerators must be emptied, turned off, and cleaned before departure.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
  • A mandatory final cleaning fee applies: €50 for 35 sqm apartments and €70 for larger apartments.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Stays are from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
  • During high season, arrivals and departures are accepted only on Saturdays.
  • During other periods, arrivals and departures on different days must be arranged in advance with management.

Booking and Cancellation Conditions

Deposit

  • The deposit paid at the time of booking serves as a confirmation deposit.
  • In case of cancellation by the guest, no refund is provided.
  • At the manager’s discretion, and subject to availability, the deposit may be applied as credit toward an alternative stay.

Cancellation Policy

According to European travel regulations:

  • More than 60 days before arrival: 80% refund of the deposit.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Within 30 days of arrival: no refund provided.
