Stay information

Minimum weekend stay 2 nights.
Easter, Christmas, New Year holidays and summer bridges are considered high season.
NOTE: The prices include bed sheets, towels, soap and shower gel, toilet paper, hairdryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, smart TV, wi-fi internet electricity, gas, water, access to the swimming pools.
Heating during winter is an extra and will be calculated separately.
Final cleaning is excluded.
Upon your arrival you must pay the sum of 150.00 euros as a deposit which will be returned upon departure.
The rent for the apartments is weekly from Saturday to Saturday check-in are scheduled from 04.00 to 08.00 p.m. and check-out at 10.00 a.m.
The municipality of Bolsena has a tourist tax of € 1 per day for the first 7 days. Children under 10 years old and people over 80 years old are exempted.
